Walda Bok started her career in Real Estate 1991 after enjoying her career as a Food Scientist for 10 years. She was always very passionate about people and being of service to them and together with her interest in Property, this was the perfect opportunity to live that dream and make it her profession.
She attended various courses and on an ongoing basis to become knowledgeable about all the aspects which are of utmost importance in being a Property Advisor. Property is one of the biggest investments people make or have and she wanted to ensure that she learnt all the skills necessary to take on the responsibility to manage the Sale of a Property and to guide the Sellers and Purchasers to the best of her ability.
Walda Bok soon became the preferred and trusted property consultant in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. The first property that sold in Durbanville for over 1 million rand in 1994 was negotiated by her – an achievement she will always remember with pride. She was the business owner of Walda Bok properties for 11 years, managed a franchise for 3 years and joined Harcourts in 2015.
Through passion and dedication, she tailors services to meet her clients’ needs. She prides herself in being extremely competent and capable of assisting Sellers and Buyers in making informed choices, acting entirely in their best interests, whatever the circumstances.
