Historic Durban Icon seeks a fresh life

No, it isn't me. This building displays the incredible, long-lasting workmanship so wonderfully achieved back in the day. It was used as an office and by DUT but it is just up for anything you can throw at it. Gorgeous architecture, spacious rooms, and a grand entrance hall.
Upstairs are the offices which are large and comfortable. Pressed ceilings, and a 'greenhouse' area that overlooks the garden.
The stairway leading up creaks so sweetly. You will miss it over the weekends.
There are many outbuildings that can be used for further offices or related disciplines.
Sash windows provide lots of air when the shutters are opened.
The attic is a perfect out-of-the-way storage facility.
Parking is provided with bays for at least 10 cars.
The garden has a delightful fountain feature for garden events when entertaining, or just relaxing in those smoke breaks.
